Spanakopita is a plugin that converts TextMate into an integrated Wiki. It creates a pane in your project that tracks the current file and allows you to view it after being transformed into HTML (see the screenshot on the right).
The native markup format is Spanakopita Markup (stored in .sp files) but the transformation process is completely customizable.
